Radius Connect take home the award for the Best Community Care Initiative in 2023!

We’re delighted to announce that the Mobile News Awards 2023 saw Radius Connect take home the award for the Best Community Care Initiative in 2023!

We received this recognition for introducing a life enriching VR solution for people in supported living, residential care and care at home, as well as for elderly people and those living with disabilities.

The VR headset, developed in partnership with VR care, includes hours of preloaded content giving less-mobile patients a chance to experience a walk on the beach, a ferry trip, a visit to a sea life centre or a zoo.

The feedback about the product has been extraordinary. Our solution reduces the need for PRN (pro re nata) medication in patients living with dementia, lowers stress and anxiety and boosts mental health.
