Our managers are encouraged to focus on celebrating individual and team successes. From giving credit and saying thank you to putting team members forward for development opportunities, this is at the heart of everything we do.

Our colleagues are also appreciated through local recognition programs including service awards and team incentives.

Rising stars are identified and given the opportunity to learn from a member of our executive team over informal lunches, allowing them to share their experience and learn from the executives expertise.

We also offer annual salary reviews, bonuses and commission schemes across a number of our divisions to reward our teams.

European Sales Incentive 2022

We were delighted to bring together the best of the best of our sales people from our European regions this month for a trip of a lifetime to recognise their contribution to the group! Bringing together our different offices and cultures for a blend of business and pleasure was a great way to keep in touch and recognise our people.

We are a sociable bunch here at Radius and love to celebrate our successes as a collective, with lots of activities to keep us entertained. Prizes, wine tasting, boat trips and lots of food was the order of the trip! The weather certainly helped too…

Ibiza Sales Incentive 2022

Success is best when it’s shared and this was the aim of our Radius in Ibiza 2022 sales incentive. For the first time, we took a UK wide approach to our annual sales conference, bringing together the best of the best from across our divisions.

We wanted to find a unique way to recognise our top performers who battled for a slot on the all expenses paid trip to Ibiza. Highlights included an exclusive catamaran trip to the beautiful island of Formentera, private dining at Gingers with breathtaking sea views and an action-packed conference day that allowed attendees to work together in team events.

Our winners took part in activities including juggling, skipping, logo creation, Jenga towers, running and balloon art. Teams even created their own Radius radio adverts – the winning advert can be heard below.
