This International Women’s Day, colleagues across Radius have been making pledges to show their support and help forge women's equality.
During our global live stream on International Women’s Day, we heard from a panel of some of the senior women at Radius, who discussed the International Women’s Day theme Embracing Equity, as well as sharing experiences and insights from their careers to date.
Elaine Li, Head of Group Commercial at Radius
Over the past five years, Elaine has had quite the career journey – starting as a Finance Manager before becoming a Commercial Business Partner and now leads the commercial team as Head of Group Commercial.
“My confidence has grown in a culture where fresh ideas and innovation are consistently encouraged. I have the autonomy to work independently and am given the opportunity to partake in strategic decisions, which gives me a greater sense of purpose.”
Gemma Haupt, Implementation Manager at Radius Telematics
Gemma started as a Customer Service Team Leader at Radius Telematics three years ago. She has since completed her Level 5 Chartered Manager qualification and is now an Implementation Manager.
"Radius has always supported my career progression, helping me achieve a Level 5 Chartered Manager qualification, which enabled me to progress within the business to the management role I'm in today."
Jen Simpson, Head of Customer Service & Cards at UK Fuels
Jen has been with Radius for over twenty years and has contributed first-hand to Radius’ growth.

Cristina Gaspar, Credit Manager at Radius Portugal
Cristina has been part of the Portugal team for two years; her role sees her contribute to the sustainable growth of Radius on a daily basis and formulate relationships that make a positive impact to the entire business.
“For me working for Radius has been a hugely gratifying experience. As an ambitious woman, I have grown and learnt lots as a professional whilst at the same time achieving the goals of the company. Becky Taylor, Lead Manager at Radius Telematics
Becky has been at Radius for over six years, starting within the talent team she has since moved into marketing as a Lead Manager.
“I have been able to apply myself in different roles, learning new aspects of the business whilst still having the autonomy to make an impact myself, which keeps me engaged and motivated.”
Mara Falcone, Marketing Manager at Radius Italy
Mara Falcone has recently celebrated her first year at Radius and wanted to share the importance of mentorship and building her network.
“I think one of the biggest benefits of working at Radius is that you have lots of chances to create an international network and learn from incredible people in a dynamic and result-orientated environment.”
Priya Manickam, Fuel Sales Manager at Radius South East Asia
Having started in the telematics team four years ago, Priya Manickam is now a Fuel Sales Manager at Radius South East Asia and has seen the business grow substantially in this time.

I have been consistently inspired by their leadership, resilience, dedication and I am proud to be a part of a company that values diversity, equity and inclusion. Amparo Queralt, Telematics Operations Advisor at Radius Spain
Having enjoyed eight years at Radius so far, this International Women’s Day Amparo has been sharing why she finds working at Radius such a positive experience.
“I am very happy to work at Radius because it is a company that fosters a good working environment and makes it easy to reconcile work and family life. I have had the opportunity to get to know several departments, working with different countries - learning from each of them and growing within the company.”
