Bill Holmes, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bio
Over the last 30 years, Bill has transformed how businesses operate worldwide. His ambition started in 1990 when he founded UK Fuels. Harnessing his knowledge and experience from Esso Petroleum, Bill supplied fuel cards and ancillary services to some of the world’s largest oil companies.
With his eyes firmly set on expansion, Bill rapidly unlocked new global markets for UK Fuels, first expanding into Ireland in 1996 and then to continental Europe in 2004. After more than two decades of extraordinary growth, Bill led the 2013 merger of over 20 European fuel card companies to form Radius Payment Solutions. Since then, Bill has led the company on an ambitious growth journey, navigating multiple strategic acquisitions each year to become a global leader in mobility, connectivity and technology solutions with over 350,000 customers in 18 countries.
Bill continues to focus on driving the future of Radius, like building our pipeline in end-to-end Electric Vehicle services that serve our customers as they transition their fleets. Whilst also mentoring and developing the next generation of Radius business leaders globally.
Outside of his work with Radius, Bill is a trustee of The Helvellyn Foundation. This independent charitable organisation strives to preserve biodiversity and ensure all young people have equal access to opportunities.
Lee Everett, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Bio
Lee has been with the business since 2010, bringing over 10 years of experience in the fuel card industry. Initially tasked with developing the Group’s European fuel card solutions, Lee’s impeccable track record in delivering growth, coupled with his strategic mindset and leadership skills, elevated him to the position of COO in 2018.
Since then, he has been the driving force behind Radius’ continued year in year out organic growth in fuel, telecoms, telematics and insurance. As well as ensuring the successful integration and delivery of our newly acquired vehicle and charging solutions business units.
Tim Morris, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bio
Tim is responsible for business planning, strategy, M&A, financial reporting, credit and financing and ensuring Radius has the finance systems and infrastructure to support Radius' growth plans. He is chair of Radius' ESG committee and DEI's Board sponsor.
Tim joined in September 2021 from Rothschild & Co. While there, he was a Managing Director in Global Financial Advisory, providing corporate finance advice to public, private and private equity clients in the UK and Europe. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to Rothschild & Co, he was a corporate finance partner at EY in the global professional services firm's Leeds, London, Hong Kong and Manchester offices, advising technology-enabled services clients.
Tim's passion for diversity, inclusion and making a positive social impact extends beyond Radius. He is chair of The Prince's Trust in the North-West, having served on its Development Committee Board for 10 years, working to help disadvantaged young people to improve their lives.
Roy Sciortino, Group Vice Chairman Bio
Roy is one of the most passionate people in the industry. Having founded PCS Fuel Cards as part of Russell Davies Transport Group in 1988, Roy turned the business into one of the biggest names in the European fuel card market over the next 15 years.
In 2002 Roy left the business, now known as Securicor Fuelserv, to pursue a new venture in reseller operations. Roy then established Smartdiesel and Infuel, and just over a decade later, he merged the businesses as part of the formation of Radius Payment Solutions. He has been an invaluable senior team member ever since, helping maintain the company’s growth trajectory.
Edward Lynch, Director Bio
Edward joined the Radius Board in 2018 following Inflexion’s £150 million investment. Having been with Inflexion since 2015, he specialises in investments in the tech sector and has played a crucial role in six direct investments.
Before Inflexion, Edward worked at Catalyst Corporate Finance, a mid-market M&A specialist. Edward brings a growth-focused mindset to Radius and focuses on supporting the company’s international M&A aspirations.
David Whileman, Director Bio
David has been on the Radius board throughout Inflexion’s minority investment and has supported the company’s ambitions since 2018. He joined Inflexion in 2013 as a Partner and is an Executive and Investment Committee member.
David leads Inflexion’s specialist £1 billion Partnership Capital Fund II investing £10 - £300m for minority stakes. Previously, David worked at 3i for 16 years, most recently as the Head of UK Private Equity.
Gareth Maguire, Chief Marketing Officer Bio
Gareth joined the business in April 2022 and is responsible for the Radius group’s marketing strategy and execution globally. He is an international commercial marketing leader with a proven track record of building businesses to sustain multi-year market success through strategic, customer-centric brand building and digital acceleration.
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, his career spans 19 years of Procter & Gamble and Kellogg marketing leadership roles across the globe.
Jonathan Haseler, Managing Director, Fuel Solutions - UK, Ireland & SEA Bio
Jonathan joined Radius in 2017 as the UK Sales Director before taking on the wider UK Fuels business. With an exceptional track record and a sharp eye for growth, Jonathan was promoted to Managing Director for the UK in 2020. He was given responsibility for the Irish fuel business shortly afterwards. Jonathan now drives the growth of the fuel card solutions division across the UK, Ireland and Southeast Asia.
Before joining Radius, he spent 15 years at Barclays Bank and Barclaycard, latterly as the UK and European Sales Director. He holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School.
Saul Furse, Group Managing Director, Radius Vehicle Solutions Bio
Saul joined Radius in 2009 and has been instrumental in launching, developing and expanding Radius' key territories worldwide. He previously held roles as the Regional Director for Europe and Asia, strengthening our international fuel card portfolio, building key supplier relationships and leading the business to new records in these geographies.
Since 2022 Saul has been leading our Vehicle Solutions business unit, overseeing the integration of acquisitions and leveraging his group customer marketing experience to drive strong organic growth in the UK and Ireland.
Greville Coe, Managing Director, Telematics Bio
Greville joined Radius in 2017 and oversees the telematics arm of the business, which includes Radius’ market-leading software, Kinesis. He has driven the significant growth of the business in the last six years, including integrating nine acquisitions to expand Radius’ product portfolio and international expansion into North America and Australia. His team now work to drive and scale our innovative mobility technology platforms globally with local customers and partners.
Prior to joining Radius, Greville qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving to Isotrak and embarking on over 20 years of experience in the telematics sector.
Ray Ferris, Group Managing Director, Telecoms Bio
With a strong track record in the industry, Ray became the Managing Director for Telecoms in 2019 after previous high-level appointments at BT, EE and Orange.
Ray is responsible for the Telecoms division in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. He has overseen the significant growth in our telecoms business through acquisition and subsequent business integrations to drive Radius Connect to be a major business telecoms player in key territories.
Emma Quinn, Group People Director Bio
As Group People Director, Emma is responsible for defining and leading the organisation's people strategy. She and her 40-strong global team support all aspects of people and culture, which drive our continued and successful expansions into new markets, focusing on supporting M&A, talent acquisition and development, inclusivity, reward and recognition.
Emma joined Radius Payment Solutions in 2012. A Loughborough University graduate, she obtained a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in people management and development, executive talent acquisition, change management and employment law.
Ben Thompson, Corporate Development Director Bio
Ben joined Radius in 2021 as Corporate Development Director and initially took responsibility for the Group’s diversification strategy through the identification and execution of potential acquisitions. During this time, acquisitions created three new Radius business units: Radius Vehicle Solutions, Radius Energy and Radius Charge. This directly supports our overarching strategy to help customers transition to energy.
Ben is now responsible for leading the EV & Energy business, providing customers with EV charging solutions (Including charge points and charging cards) and related energy services (Energy usage, tariff management and solar and battery solutions).
Ben also chairs the Health and Wellbeing committee, identifying the needs of employees and prioritising areas for improvement.
Malcolm Bennett, Group Legal Director Bio
Malcolm is responsible for the Group’s legal, compliance and information security teams and has over 25 years of international experience.
Highly experienced, Malcolm has led the creation and implementation of a wide range of risk mitigation and legal strategies to guide the agile, international and innovative Radius group appropriately. He joined Radius in 2021 following his role as the Group General Counsel for Northgate Arinso Human Resources. Prior to that, he was Associate General Counsel at IBM.
Frank Hanses, Managing Director Europe Bio
Frank joined Radius in July 2022 as Managing Director Europe. Starting his career at Roland Berger Global Consulting, he has held leadership roles with companies in the European mobility and payment sector, including European Sales Director of DKV Mobility, Global Sales Director at Forbo AG, and CEO of Hofmann-Menu.
Frank has an education in IT from Paderborn University and a degree in business administration from Universität Siegen.
Matt Kirby, Managing Director, Radius Insurance Bio
Matt is responsible for Radius' insurance division in the UK and Ireland. He began his Radius career in 2018 as Group Marketing Director, where he created and embedded cross-sell methodologies throughout the business and developed the Group's digital customer acquisition approach.
Following the acquisition of several insurance companies in the UK and Ireland, he moved in 2021 to oversee the integration and development of our insurance division, including the development and sale of Group insurtech products.
Matt joined Radius after a 15-year career working for Saint-Gobain, a global leader in sustainable construction material manufacturing and distribution. He gained postgraduate Master's level degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.
