We are pleased to announce that Inflexion, a UK based Private Equity fund have completed a £150m minority investment in Radius. Inflexion bring substantial industry and global experience which we are confident will help us as we continue to develop the business over the years ahead. Investment in technology and innovation will be at the heart of our plans and we are now all looking forward to moving into our new Campus style office later in the year which we know will bring an added impetus to the business.
Inflexion is a leading independent mid-market private equity house, investing in established high growth businesses. They have one of the largest mid-market teams in the UK, complemented by their own portfolio support offices in Brazil, China and India, together with a blue chip investor base from Europe, Asia and the US.
