As Chief People Officer, Emma is responsible for defining and leading the organisation's people strategy. She and her 45-strong global team support all aspects of people and culture, focusing on talent acquisition and development, inclusivity, reward and recognition.
Emma joined Radius in 2012 and is the trustee of Radius Pride, our employee engagement group focused on ensuring LGBTQ+ representation within the company.
She has over 20 years of experience in people management and development, executive talent acquisition, change management and employment law.
