You have the option to use your card at the fuel pump via the card reader or pay at the cashier. If you choose to pay at the cashier, they will swipe your fuel card and either ask you to enter your four-digit PIN number or sign for the transaction. Sometimes, you may be asked to do both and the cashier may also ask for your vehicle registration number and mileage for extra validation. The transaction will then be logged on your account and appear on your next weekly invoice.
Yes, Shell fuel cards are accepted at fuel pump terminals.
