Career development

Many of our senior team started their careers in Radius sales and account management in entry-level roles. You can even go and work in our international offices on a secondment to share ideas and good practise.
Team structure
Sales agents and account managers report to team managers who report directly to heads of departments. The heads of departments align with the director of the respective department.
We look for sales agents who will be productive, good at rapport-building, outgoing and possess a keen understanding of business and customer commercials.
