Do I need to activate my fuel and charge cards?

Our cards are active and ready to use straight away; you can get your PINs from Radius Velocity using the instructions in this pack.

How do I use my fuel and charge cards?

For fuel, find a fuel station that accepts your card using our station finder, e-route, available on your browser or as an app. Fuel your vehicle as usual, then take your card to pay at the kiosk or pay at the pump.

For EVs, use the Radius Charge - On Road app, available on the App Store and Google Play, to find an EV charge point that accepts your card. Plug the charge point into your vehicle using the relevant cable and connector. When prompted, tap your card on the card reader, and the charge will initiate. When your charge is complete, simply unplug your vehicle and hit the road.

How do I order new fuel and charge cards?

Visit radiusvelocity.com, log in and choose the Fuel Cards section at the top of the page, click Manage Cards and then Order Cards.

How long are my cards valid?

Each card has an expiry date printed on the front of the card. When it is close to your expiry date, we will send out your new cards.

How much does it cost to charge my electric vehicle?

We offer fixed-price charging across all providers on the Radius network with no additional transaction or connection fees. Speak to your account manager for our current price. Extra charges may apply for parking fees or keeping the charge point occupied once you finish your charging session.

How do I see and pay my invoices?

You can view and download your itemised invoices in our online account management portal, Radius Velocity. You can access and manage all your invoices in one convenient place, reducing the time and cost of administration and freeing up your time to focus on running your business, and there is no need to keep physical receipts. Payment will be taken in line with your previously agreed payment terms.

I have lost or had a card stolen. What should I do?

Report it immediately. Call us on +353 (0)91 482 934 or click the Fuel Cards section of your Radius Velocity account. Next, click Manage Cards and then click Put cards on stop. Select the cards you want to place on stop and confirm the reason. You may wish to report it to the police and get a crime reference number.
