Developing you and your experience

hr1.webp Our HR Business Partners are CIPD Level 7 qualified. You can complete a range of qualifications in HR and facilities including BIFM and H&S.

hr2.webp We are always involved in a variety of exciting projects across different departments, divisions and countries, including our support with Investors in People Accreditation.

Career development

We pride ourselves on developing our team members to ensure there are clear, diverse progression paths. Ambitious individuals can advance their career and professional development through a range of qualifications. These include CIPD Level 5 & 7 and CMI.

You will be exposed to interesting and challenging activities that will involve interacting with employees at all levels, including international experience by supporting our offices across the globe.

Using our HR systems and tools will further develop your existing skills and knowledge, very quickly. We also encourage our team members in HR administration, payroll and talent to specialise and cross train in all areas of HR.

Team structure

Within our fast-paced environment, we have a dedicated team of HR administrators who support a team of HR business partners. Each administrator and business partner has distinct areas of responsibility that focus on supporting all of our employees.

Our talent acquisition team works together with our management teams to closely manage all recruitment activity from pre-recruitment to onboarding across all departments and divisions, including our international offices. We are often involved in exciting recruitment projects including the successful onboarding of new business acquisitions and the implementation of new graduate programmes.

Our payroll team uses HR systems and various other tools, including pension portals, to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time. We manage the payroll in all countries that Radius operates in and work closely with Finance and the wider HR team.

Our facilities team is divided into facilities, health and safety, project management and the café. We interact daily with a range of stakeholders including external contractors and suppliers. Our priority is building management, health and safety and maintenance across all of our international offices.
