With Radius Velocity, fleet card transactions have never been easier to track. With your secure login, you’ll be able to view tax-compliant invoices uploaded monthly. The system also enables you to view historical invoices going back 24 months, so you can access them anytime you need to.
Reporting at your fingertips
No matter how many fuel stops your drivers have made, how much has been spent, or how varied your fleet is, everything is laid out for you in one place. Radius Velocity helps you keep track of your spending by grouping purchases by driver, vehicle type, station used and fleet card used, allowing you to quickly and easily run reports.
All this data is visualised within the system, in easy-to-read graphs and tables, as well as map views that show you exactly where your cards were used. When visualising the reports, you can also enter custom date ranges to view the specific time periods you’re interested in. You can also download all this data to Excel as a CSV file to keep it on record.
Security for your fleet cards
In the event of lost or stolen cards, you can log in to Radius Velocity online or via the app from anywhere to quickly freeze the cards and report the incident to prevent unauthorised transactions. You can use your login to order new fleet cards at the same time, reducing the time that your driver’s fleet card is out of commission!
