At Radius, we’re committed to appreciating our colleagues and their work through various recognition schemes and rewards. Whether as individual people, or as whole teams, there’s lots of opportunities for us to celebrate our people.
In June, we took 40 of our top-performing salespeople from the Fuel Division for an action-packed incentive trip to Palma, Mallorca.
Representing high-performance Fuel sales across UK, Ireland and Europe, the opportunity to go on this trip shows that recognition is available to all colleagues across the Group.
On day one, the trip started a chance for us to spend time together talking about the five-year strategy in the Fuel division, as well as doing some team building exercises to bring us all together.
From then, we focused on exploring the beauty of Mallorca with a hike in the hills one day and closing out the trip with a sunset boat trip from the port of Palma.
Overall, the event felt like a great sense of achievement and recognition for all our winners, and we’re looking forward to the next one soon.
