Sarah joined us in October 2023 and is responsible for the Group’s legal, company secretary and compliance teams. She has more than 20 years of working in the legal sector and joined us from her previous role at Studio Retail Ltd where she was a member of the executive management team as General Counsel and Risk and Compliance Director.
She has a strong regulatory and governance background as well as risk management, compliance, M&A transactions, privacy, major disputes and business transformation.
