If your fleet regularly travels in mainland Europe or the UK, we offer our VAT recovery service to help you save time on administrative tasks. Our reclaim service is integrated with your Radius European fuel card invoices, which include transactions for all countries visited on a single document. The benefit of this is that you only have to submit one reclaim request instead of one for each country you’ve visited. Once you've submitted your request, we'll do the rest of the work for you. You'll receive refunds each quarter, or you can choose to upgrade to our fast service if you want to receive your refund quicker.
Simple refunds
We do the work for you, uploading your invoices automatically for fast processing. You will receive your European VAT reclaim every quarter. You can also choose to upgrade to our Fast Refund System.

You'll have access to our detailed management report to keep up-to-date with the status of claims.
