How to add a user
This guide outlines the process for adding a new user to Radius Velocity and assigning the appropriate access permissions.
How to add a user on the mobile app
1. Open the app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap 'Settings'
4. Tap the 'Manage Users' tile.
5. Tap the 'Add User' tile.
6. Enter the details of your new user and use the tick boxes to set their permissions.
7. Click the green tick button to submit your changes.
How to add a user on your browser
1. Visit the login page on your browser.
2. Hover over the 'Personal Settings' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click 'Settings'.
3. Click the 'Manage Users' tile.
4. Click the 'Add User' tile.
5. Enter the details of your new user and use the tick boxes to set their permissions.
6. Click the green tick button to submit your changes.
