Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring you to verify your identity with a code sent to you via email or SMS.

Tips for logging in

Email verification code:

  • If receiving your code via email, it will be sent to the email address you signed in with. Please check your inbox (and spam or junk folder) for the email.
  • Note: Codes can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive, so please be patient.

SMS verification code:

  • If receiving your code via SMS, ensure that your mobile plan supports text message delivery in the country you are in. Delivery speed and availability can vary based on location and service provider.
  • Note: SMS codes may take some time to arrive, so please check again after a few minutes.

Device recognition:

  • Avoid using private browsing (incognito mode) as this can prevent the website from recognising your device as "trusted" for future logins, meaning you will have to verify your identity on each login.
  • If you have cleared your cookies or are logging in from a new device or browser, you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code again.
