In November 2021, Radius confirmed that it completed the acquisition of a majority investment in Telcom, a Dublin-based provider of voice and data services. Established in 1999, Telcom has built an ISP network designed for fast, resilient and secure connectivity, alongside voice and cloud services for business customers. As the market moves rapidly from legacy telephony, Telcom is well placed to help organisations transition to high-speed connectivity and hosted solutions.

For customers, day-to-day services remain unchanged while additional capabilities and options will develop over time.
As the broader group capability is introduced, customers will benefit from greater choice and long-term resilience:

Telcom’s core strength is secure business connectivity and voice, delivered with local expertise and a service-led model. Their proposition focuses on resilient networking, business-grade voice platforms and modern hosted options that support organisations moving off legacy systems. This aligns with Radius’s direction of driving scalable, secure communications for customers without adding complexity.
