Vikki Nunn, Country Director

Roan Pratt, Commercial & Product Director

I bring 17 years of experience from the telecoms and cloud solutions industry. My specialism is within UCaaS, CCaaS, and Managed IT. Over the years, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, forged game-changing partnerships, and driven digital transformation through innovative communication solutions.

To me, telecoms isn’t just about phones or networks. It’s about innovation. It’s the drive to stay ahead by adopting new solutions that will transform how organisations communicate and collaborate.

Dean Whiley, Sales Director

I grew up dreaming of playing for Nottingham Forest but when that dream didn’t work out, life took me in a completely different direction. After leaving school at 18, I swapped the pitch for a headset, selling consumer insurance for Capital One a hundred beeps a shift. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me the value of resilience, hard work, and connecting with people, lessons that have shaped every step of my career since.

Twenty years on, I’m now Director of UK Sales at Radius with a career that’s taken me through the fast-moving world of technology and connectivity including the challenge of building, growing, and eventually selling a startup.

What I love most about telecommunications is the variety and the challenge; no two days, customers, or solutions are ever the same. It’s an industry built on problem-solving and innovation, where success comes from finding unique answers to complex needs and staying one step ahead in an incredibly competitive space. That constant evolution keeps me inspired and driven to lead from the front.

At the heart of everything I do is a passion for leadership, growth, and people. I believe that with the right support and environment that all of us have the power to achieve extraordinary things.

My mission is to help create that environment where people feel empowered, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. The success, well-being, and development of people truly matter to me, and I am committed to helping them grow both professionally and personally.

Harry Bishop, Account Management Director

With over 14 years in IT, Cyber and Telecoms, I’ve led technical delivery and client engagement across IT Managed Services, Cyber Security, SD-WAN, mobile, and hosted solutions.

As Technical Director in a Telecoms reseller and Head of Account Management at an IT MSSP, I’ve combined deep technical know-how with a people-first approach – building strong client relationships, driving growth, and shaping strategic direction as part of the senior leadership team. I’m passionate about innovation, collaboration, and helping teams and clients thrive.

Telecommunications is the backbone of modern life; people and businesses alike cannot function without it. I’m passionate about making sure we do the right thing by people and businesses to ensure connections are seamless, secure and meaningful.

On a personal note, I owe everything in my career to the telecommunications industry – it’s taught me how to win, lose gracefully and ultimately, work hard.

Dean Ridgers, Operations Director

I joined Radius just over four years ago and am currently the Operations Director, overseeing primarily all the functions that allow us to take a customer contract from signed to delivered. My experiences at Radius add to the breadth of expertise I acquired over my 10 years in the telecoms industry.

Previously, I held senior roles in account management, customer relations and customer support. What I enjoy most about working for Radius is the variety of work I get to do and the challenges I must overcome. I look forward to the future and am excited about the progress we will make in the coming years.

Telecommunications represent connection and opportunity. As a backbone to our work and personal lives, I feel that communication binds people together. It bridges distances, cultures, and ideas in real-time, regardless of geographical locations. It ensures we can stay truly connected in all areas of our lives.

Emma Higgins, Head of Client Services

I joined Radius in April 2024 as the Customer Service Improvement Manager and progressed to the role of Head of Client Services in June 2025.

With over 20 years of experience leading and developing customer service teams within the Facilities Management sector, I’ve managed Help Desk and Operational teams to deliver outstanding service—from the initial enquiry through to project completion.

I’m passionate about customer service and committed to ensuring our teams are equipped with the right tools and support to consistently deliver excellence. I take a collaborative approach, building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues to identify opportunities for positive change—and ensuring those improvements are effectively implemented.

Telecommunication means providing our customers with the essential tools to stay connected, ensuring they are future-proof, cost-effective and fully supported by Radius expertise and exceptional customer service.

Priya Mills, Head of Business Transformation

With over 18 years in telecoms, I have experience across client services, account management, implementation, and operations. I work closely with teams to simplify the way we operate and drive automation to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

I am passionate about driving transformation and digital experiences that streamline systems, empower teams, and create real customer value. With a background in engineering and operations, I understand how systems, processes and people connect – and how to optimise them for scale.
