Meet Sarah Bradbury
I joined Radius for its global presence and the Graduate Leadership Scheme. My first rotation in the Referrals Team involved training, stakeholder management, data analysis and process improvements, including delivering training in Portuguese at our Lisbon and Caldas da Rainha offices. Now in Fuel Account Management, I’m preparing to lead a small team. I’m proud of improving referral quality, increasing wins and streamlining Salesforce processes. The culture is friendly and supportive, with great incentives and wellbeing initiatives.
Meet Ben Cook
The reason I joined Radius was because, after completing a finance and business degree, I wanted variety and adaptability. From the start, I was trusted with responsibilities like analysing billing and managing CRM and within weeks I was speaking to customers. I’ve gained experience in sales, data analysis, technical support and telematics, building confidence and a broad skill set. I’m proud of reducing hardware costs, improving sales performance, and earning recognition through awards and bonuses.
