GTI is a specialist tipper business operating across muckaway and stone supply services in the South West of England. With a fleet of 36 vehicles and a busy daily operation servicing off-road and on-road sites, they operate in a high-pressure environment where logistics and safety go hand-in-hand.

The challenge

Nine months before working with Radius, GTI faced a significant challenge when a driver error caused a serious motorway incident, leading to a large insurance claim, road closures, and investigations.
