Stolen vehicle/asset recovery process:
Step 1: Report the theft to the police.
Step 2: Obtain a crime reference number from the police.
Step 3: Call our Investigations Unit on the provided number: 0808 159 3260
Step 4: Provide your:
- Account number
- Vehicle registration
- Crime reference number
Step 5: Theft mode is activated on the neon-r tracker.
Step 6: The Radius Investigations Unit is deployed.
