Radius announces strategic partnership with MOTO to drive service excellence and growth

Radius has announced a new partnership with MOTO, the UK’s leading motorway service area operator. The agreement reinforces Radius’ commitment to delivering an enhanced service level for MOTO, supporting growth in customer footfall and fuel volumes across the network.
The collaboration is set to create measurable benefits and efficiencies for both organisations. The partnership aims to increase site traffic and strengthen fuel sales performance by aligning Radius’ expertise in fuel card and fleet services with MOTO’s 49 fuel-operated motorway service stations across the UK. Joining together will also provide opportunities for operational improvements and will deliver a seamless customer experience.
Looking ahead, the agreement is also expected to extend its benefits to electric vehicle users. Plans are underway to explore opportunities for Radius customers with EV vehicles or fleets to allow them to use MOTO’s service stations.
Martin Cook, Country Director at Radius, commented, “Our partnership with MOTO is built on a shared commitment to service quality and growth. By working closely together, we can deliver tangible results in footfall and fuel volume. It’s an exciting opportunity; both for businesses and the customers we serve.”
Nikki Rogers, Trading Director at Moto Hospitality, added, “We are delighted to have agreed a new partnership with Radius. This agreement allows us to bring an enhanced fuel card offering to the forecourts we operate on the Strategic Road Network. Through the strength of the partnership, we will also be able to collaborate on further opportunities for growth.”
This announcement highlights Radius’ continued strategy of forming partnerships that deliver operational efficiency, customer convenience and commercial growth across the transport and fleet sectors.
