Radius wins The Sunday Times’ Best Place to Work award

The Sunday Times has announced Radius as one of the ‘26 best very big places to work 2025’.  

It’s recognition we're proud to celebrate, as we were chosen out of more than 500 other enterprises. Our Chief People Officer, Emma Quinn, said, “It’s a real testament to all our colleagues that we’ve been included in this list, and we feel it shows that the collaborative approach of our People strategy is working.  

“Not only towards building a more skilled and successful business, but also making Radius a great place to work, a reality.”   We have to say a big thank you to our colleagues across the globe, who work passionately to live our values and drive our culture. Our teams also strive to make our Radius offices and facilities a great environment for everyone.

To even be considered for the shortlist, Radius had to score at least 70% in sentiment, and we’re happy to say that our overall engagement has risen to 74%, marking an improvement from our mid-year pulse survey. 

Our People strategy has continued to be agile to the needs of the business, with clear deliverables shared with our colleagues and realise through our pillars.
