Environment
Good environmental stewardship
We're focused on reducing our environmental impact and progressing towards a low-carbon future.
A key part of this focus is improving how we measure and report greenhouse gas emissions across our value chain, with more accuracy, consistency and transparency.
By refining our data-collection processes and methodologies, we're building a clearer, more reliable picture of our carbon footprint. It helps us identify priority areas for intervention; to develop targeted emissions reduction strategies and set credible targets that drive long-term progress.
Alongside our above focus, we've implemented ISO 14001-certifed environmental management systems across key operational sites. ISO 14001 provides a framework for managing environmental impacts, improving compliance and reducing risk.
With this implementation, we're embedding environmental considerations into day-to-day processes and enhancing operational efficiency across the Group.
These efforts are supported by ongoing mandatory environmental training. By equipping colleagues with the knowledge and tools to understand and act on environmental issues, we create shared company responsibility and encourage proactive contributions to our environmental stewardship.
Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to integrating sustainability at the core of our business.
Social
People and community investment
Long-term business success must go hand-in-hand with meaningful contributions to our communities. We support local communities through strategic partnerships with charitable organisations that seek to make a meaningful difference.
One example is our Founder Patronship with Crewe Youth Zone (The Dome). It reflects our commitment to creating opportunities for young people and investing in the future of our Crewe area.
Across the Group, colleagues have taken part in fundraising challenges, volunteered their time and provided digital and operational support to local charities. These efforts demonstrate a strong sense of purpose and collective responsibility, showing the positive impact achieved when people come together.
Our approach to diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) is built around three strategic pillars: Belong, Champion and Evolve. These guide our efforts to create an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and supported. This strategy's foundation lies in four global employee networks: Enable, Inspire, Pride and Unity.
Each network is led by passionate colleagues and actively supported by senior leadership and, along with the other initiatives, they form part of our broader commitment to responsible business practices.

Supporting international communities
We are committed to supporting the developing world through our partnership with Transaid, an international development organisation dedicated to transforming lives by improving transport systems in sub-Saharan Africa. Transaid focuses on enhancing road safety and access to healthcare by providing driver training and appropriate forms of transport.

Policies and practices We maintain a comprehensive suite of global policies and standards, which help define roles, responsibilities and accountabilities across the Group. Where required, these are supported by local policies, which are tailored to reflect legal, regulatory and/or operational requirements. To embed good governance across the business, we've developed our global training programme: the Radius 'ways of working', which communicates key expectations and standards to all colleagues.
Frameworks and standards Radius is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence through internationally recognised standards. We hold the following external certificates:

Sustainability in our products
Our fleet and connectivity solutions are designed to support business mobility and connectivity management, while also delivering meaningful environmental benefits.
Radius technologies support businesses in lowering their carbon footprint by improving operational efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and delivering smarter routing and vehicle tracking.
Telematics for fleet optimisation
Our telematics technology helps businesses optimise vehicle routes, monitor fuel efficiency and reduce idling time, which directly contributes to lower carbon emissions. This provides vehicle insights, allowing customers to adopt more sustainable fleet practices, such as incorporating electric vehicles (EVs). We also offer telematics hardware agreements, which promote resource efficiency, reuse and extended product lifecycles.
EV charging solutions and EV Supply
As part of our Radius Charge division, we offer a full end-to-end service, helping customers transition to EVs. We offer a large range of charge point hardware and installation for fleets, workplaces, retailers and destination charging. Additionally, we support EV charge cards across a wide network and EV software to manage EV estates.
Our Vehicle division provides EVs to businesses, which can assist in decarbonising their fleet.
Radius future carbon offsetting scheme
With our partner Forest Carbon, Radius Future allows businesses to offset emissions, which result from the fuel drawn from Radius fuel cards. This can help customers meet the needs of their fleet, while also reducing their operations’ environmental impact.
Reducing energy consumption through energy monitoring and renewable energy tariffs
By analysing usage patterns and transforming them into actions, we can identify where customers are using unnecessary energy. In addition to reducing energy waste, we support customers by facilitating the adoption of renewable energy tariffs. This approach helps cut costs and reduce carbon emissions.
