Radius is very happy to announce the acquisition of Amelix Telecom, based in Whitstable in Kent, on 1 July 2020.
Amelix Telecom specialises in providing fixed line telephony systems to clients primarily in the South East of England. This acquisition has boosted the client base of Radius’ telecoms division, Radius Connect in this important product category.
Amelix Telecom was founded in 2007 by Louis Hurst, who is stepping down as CEO.
Bill Holmes, CEO of Radius, said:
