Radius is proud to welcome the latest cohort of colleagues joining our Graduate Programmes. These are flagship initiatives designed to develop our future business leaders through hands-on experience, global exposure and strategic learning.
These programmes offer graduates the opportunity to:
- work on high-impact projects aligned with business strategy,
- rotate across departments and international offices,
- gain customer-facing experience,
- build essential soft skills such as collaboration, adaptability and communication
Graduates begin their journey by being introduced to Radius’ global operations and culture. From there, they embark on tailored rotations, which can include international secondments and cross-functional experience.
We’re committed to investing in the development of future talent by providing meaningful career pathways. Some of the graduate positions offered, include sales and account management across our Emerging Business Units, Fuel and Telematics, as well as opportunities to run projects across global territories.
These roles provide practical commercial experience opportunities to work across our network with the hope they will find their niche and apply for a permanent role at Radius.
As our new graduates begin their journey, we look forward to seeing the fresh perspectives and energy they bring to Radius. Their development is a key part of our long-term strategy to grow talent from within and strengthen our global business.
