In both cases on the rare occasion your dispute has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9SR, www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or contact them on 0300 123 9 123.
