Radius Connect has the highest standards of business practices within the telecommunications sector and is committed to providing quality solutions to our clients and customers.

To support our business objectives, Radius Connect has elected to implement the Quality Management Standard (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 to ensure:

  • Consistency in service delivery
  • Products and services meet customer requirements in all respects
  • A clear and aligned process approach to business operations
  • Enhanced service delivery through opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Potential risks are identified, addressed, and evaluated
  • Legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements affecting service delivery are assessed
  • Measurable business objectives are established and reviewed
  • A continual improvement process is maintained

Management is committed to the operation and maintenance of the QMS to support the company’s key strategic goals, including maintaining a competitive edge, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and protecting our commercial reputation.

To achieve this, management will ensure the principles of this Quality Policy are communicated to all personnel, alongside:

  • Completing proactive risk assessments and corrective actions
  • Achieving company objectives through regular analysis of customer complaints
  • Reviewing and monitoring QMS performance through regular Management Review Meetings
  • Ensuring educational and development needs are met to enhance customer satisfaction and consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Providing, reviewing, and maintaining clear process documentation for staff awareness
  • Maintaining a suitable infrastructure to support staff in achieving compliance
  • Establishing review processes through internal audits to improve professional capability and introduce new methods and standards that enhance customer satisfaction

Only by remaining continually aware of trends within the business can our policy of continual improvement be achieved. All employees and suppliers are expected to contribute towards this objective.

This Policy applies to all members of staff involved in Radius Connect processing activities. Failure to adhere to this policy could affect key business deliverables and service provisions. Staff are encouraged to raise any non-conformances at the earliest opportunity to ensure corrective action can be taken.

This Policy will be reviewed annually by management to ensure it remains current and aligned with the company’s objectives and strategy.
