At Radius, we believe commitment, hard work, strong results and passion deserve to be rewarded.
Throughout the year, we’ve taken the opportunity to thank team members who have gone above and beyond, with more than 200 colleagues across six incentive trips enjoying experiences designed to mark their achievements and bring teams together.
From Portugal and Spain to Croatia and Indonesia, these trips have given colleagues the chance to step away from the day-to-day, experience new destinations and enjoy time together with the people they work alongside.
The final two trips of the year took colleagues to Split, Croatia, and Bali, Indonesia, bringing this year’s programme to a close.
Central functions teams: Split, Croatia
37 top performers from central functions teams travelled to Split for a two-day trip alongside Kevin Hyatt, Chief CITO.
The group enjoyed an itinerary that included a guided walking tour of the historic town of Trogir, a boat trip to the crystal-clear waters of Jelinak Bay, and an evening of wine and olive oil tasting, alongside dinners at two of Split's best-loved restaurants.
SEA and Australia: Bali, Indonesia
The 29 members of the sales incentive winners from across South-East Asia and Australia headed to Bali with Group CEO Lee Everett and Divisional CEO Telematics, Jolawn Victor.
Across three days, celebrations included a rooftop welcome lunch, a lively team quiz, beach games, yoga class and an afternoon at Finns Beach Club, before winding down with a White Banquet dinner with sunset drinks.
