Radius brings music, community and inclusion to life at Crewe Pride

18 June 2026

Radius colleagues came together at Crewe Pride last Saturday to celebrate Pride Month, support the local LGBTQ+ community and reinforce the company’s commitment to inclusion, diversity and belonging. The day saw widespread participation from across the business, with employees volunteering, performing and supporting activities that showcased Radius’ strong connection to our local communities.

Crewe Pride continues to be a key moment in the local community calendar, and Radius has proudly championed the event since 2021, led by Nat Hand and a dedicated team of volunteers. Colleagues from across the business took part in the parade, helped at the Radius stand and contributed to a wide range of activities that helped bring the day to life, demonstrating strong engagement and a shared sense of purpose across teams.

A highlight of the day was our very own house band, featuring Alice Webb (vocals and keyboards), Michel Monsellato (vocals and guitar) Gareth Maguire (bass) and Alex Ewing (guitar), with our Founder and Executive Chairman, Bill Holmes, keeping the beat on drums, adding a unique moment to the day.

Community and impact

Alongside the celebration, the Radius UK Challenge team was out in force. They raised vital funds for their chosen charity, The OppO Foundation, continuing our ongoing commitment to making a positive social impact.

Simeon Irvine, Chief Business Officer at Radius and Executive Trustee of the company’s DEI employee groups, shared his pride in the event:

“Crewe Pride is a great example of colleagues coming together to support our communities and celebrate inclusion in a very real and visible way. It perfectly reflects the culture we are continuing to build at Radius — one where people feel able to show up, contribute, and be part of something bigger.”

Pride across Radius locations

Crewe Pride was just one part of a global wave of Pride Month activities across Radius. Colleagues worldwide have been marking the occasion through local initiatives, internal engagement, and community events, reflecting our ongoing commitment to inclusion, belonging, and diversity throughout the month.

Thank you to everyone who has taken part, volunteered, performed, and donated. You continue to reinforce the positive role Radius plays both locally and globally.
