The newest graduate cohort kicks off their journey across key global departments.
The 2026 Radius Graduate Scheme is officially underway. This week, Radius welcomed its newest cohort of graduates as they begin a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to give them a hands-on, holistic understanding of the company's global operations.
Throughout their rotations, the new intake will gain exposure to core business functions, ranging from operations and IT to sales and marketing, building the skills and insights needed to shape long-term careers at Radius.
To mark the start of their journey, the group recently met with Founder & Executive Chairman Bill Holmes and Group CEO Lee Everett at Radius Campus, Crewe.
"Having started my own career on a graduate scheme, I know firsthand how transformative these early opportunities can be. Our graduate programme is essential to bringing fresh perspectives, ambition and new talent into Radius as we continue to expand globally."

"Giving talented people the tools and global opportunities to build long-term careers is core to how Radius grows. I look forward to seeing the impact this group will make across our international offices."

Over the years, more than 100 graduates have started their careers at Radius, with many taking on senior roles or international secondments in offices worldwide.
The entire Radius team extends a warm welcome to its 2026 graduate cohort:
Tess Palmer, Amelia O’Brian, Ruari Devlin, William Calder, Finn Thompson, Emily Roberts, Jessica Brown, Teddy Halket, Issac Brennan, Hannah Simpson, Charles Cheadle, Max Hocker, Arjun Adlakha, Jacob Dean, Cameron Saunders, Chloe Ng, Amy Tapper, Abigail Cass, Angus McCallion, Keira Meadows, Olvia Brown, Darcey Brown, Jenna Paton, James Williamson, Samuel Awosanmi, James Paton and William Henderson.
