Matt Kirby
Managing Director, Radius Insurance
Matt is responsible for Radius' insurance division in the UK and Ireland. He began his Radius career in 2018 as Group Marketing Director, where he created and embedded cross-sell methodologies throughout the business and developed the Group's digital customer acquisition approach.
Following the acquisition of several insurance companies in the UK and Ireland, he moved in 2021 to oversee the integration and development of our insurance division, including the development and sale of Group insurtech products.
Matt joined Radius after a 15-year career working for Saint-Gobain, a global leader in sustainable construction material manufacturing and distribution. He gained postgraduate Master's level degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.
