Spam policy

What is SPAM?

In the context of email, SPAM refers to unsolicited, bulk or otherwise junk messages, often sent for commercial purposes.

Automated SPAM filtering

Our mail systems automatically scan inbound email messages and filter-out those messages that appear to be SPAM.

The problem with using SPAM filters

No email filtering system is totally accurate. Occasionally legitimate messages may be removed in error. If you believe this has happened to a message you have sent to us, please advise the intended recipient by alternative means. The risk of a message being caught by the spam filters can be reduced by sending the message in plain text (i.e. no HTML or rich text formatting), removing any attachments and finally scanning your messages for malware/viruses before sending.

Receiving unwanted mail from radius.com

In the unlikely event that you receive an email from, or sent using our systems that you consider to be spam, please contact [EMAIL] and the matter will be investigated.

Changes to this anti-spam policy
