Failing to update your policy as your business evolves could result in claims not being fully covered. We’re here to help you avoid that.
As your trusted insurance advisor, our dedicated team is on hand to support you through the life of your policy. If your circumstances change, our experts will guide you through updating your cover with ease.
Any changes to your circumstances during the policy term may change the risk your insurer agreed to cover.
Any increase or decrease in risk to the insurer will require and adjustment on the premium so it accurately reflects your updated situation.
If changes aren't reported, in some cases your policy could become invalid. Keeping us informed ensures your protection stays accurate and reliable.

Changes to your fleet vehicles
Update your policy when vehicles are added to, removed form, or replaced in your fleet.
Adding or removing drivers
Adjust your policy when a driver joins your business or no longer needs cover.
Change of business address
Let us know if your business moves location or begins operating from additional premises.
Updates to business details
Update your policy if key information changes, such as business activities, turnover, or number of employees.
The information you’ll need depends on the changes you’re reporting. You might not need everything listed, but having the details ready makes the process quicker and easier. Here are some examples of information that can be helpful:
Your policy number. You will find these in your policy documentation.
Vehicle registration to be added or removed. If it’s a new vehicle, you may need the value and postcode for where this vehicle will be stored overnight.
New address or other details being changed.

To keep your fleet fully protected, any changes to your vehicles must be updated before the new vehicle is driven. This ensure the government’s Motor Insurance Database (MID) is accurate and helps prevent your drivers from being stopped by the police unnecessarily.
We kindly ask that you let us know about any upcoming changes as early as possible.
Please allow a few days for your insurer to update your policy and confirm your cover.
