How to contact us on the mobile app
1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
2. Tap the 'Contact & Help' button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the appropriate product tile that you need to contact us about.
4. Enter the details of your query in the fields labelled 'Your Name', 'Your Email Address', 'Your Contact Number' and 'Please enter a query'.
5. Press the blue 'Submit' button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Your query will be processed by our team as soon as possible.

3. Click the appropriate product tile that you need to contact us about. If none of the tiles describe your query, click the 'Raise a Support Case' tile
