Your password can be changed for security reasons or reset should you forget it. This can be done either through the mobile app or on your browser.
Reset your password on the mobile app
1. Open the app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap 'Reset Password'.
4. Enter your email address and tap the 'Reset my password' button.
5. You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
6. Enter your new password and click 'Change my password'.
7. Your password has now been set. Navigate back to the app to log in to your account.
Reset your password on your browser
1. Visit the login page on your browser.
2. Click 'Forgot?' in the password field to go to the 'Password Reset' page.
3. Enter your email address and select 'Reset my password'.
4. You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
5. Enter your new password and click 'Change my password'.
6. Your password has now been set. Click 'Login' to enter your account.
