Follow the steps below to learn how to set up and manage fuel alerts through the platform on both mobile and desktop devices.
How to set alerts on mobile
1. Open the Radius Velocity app on your mobile device and log in.
2. Tap the 'Fuel & EV Charge Cards' tile.
3. Click the 'Alerts' tile.
4. Click the tile for the type of alert you want. If you click the Volume Alert, Time Alert or Frequency Alert tiles, you will then see the following tiles:
5. If you select 'All Cards', skip to step 7. If you select 'Individual Card(s)', you will be asked to select the card(s) for which you wish to an alert.
6. You will now be asked to set your desired volume limit, time range or transaction frequency, depending on which type of alert you are setting.
7. Once you have set your alert parameters, click the blue 'Next' button.
8. Check the 'Contact Name' and 'Email Address' is correct for the person you wish to receive the alerts. If you need to change or add multiple contact, click the 'Add Contact' button. You can repeat this step to add as many contacts as you need.
9. Click the blue 'Next' button to give your alert a name and press 'Submit' to create your alert.
How to set alerts on a browser
1. Visit the login page on your browser.
2. Click the 'Fuel & EV Charge Cards' tile.
3. Click the 'Alerts' tile.
4. Click the tile for the type of alert you want. If you click the 'Volume Alert', 'Time Alert' or 'Frequency Alert' tiles, you will then see the following tiles:
5. If you select 'All Cards', skip to step 7. If you select 'Individual Card(s)', you will be asked to select the card(s) for which you wish to an alert.
6. You will now be asked to set your desired volume limit, time range or transaction frequency, depending on which type of alert you are setting.
7. Once you have set your alert parameters, click the blue 'Add Contact' button.
8. Enter the 'Contact Name' and 'Email Address' for the person you wish to receive the alerts. If you would like multiple people to receive the alerts, you can repeat this step to add as many contacts as you need.
9. Click the green tick button to set your alert.
