Follow the steps below to learn how to put your fuel cards on stop through the platform on both mobile and desktop devices to help prevent unauthorised use.
Stopping a card on the mobile app
1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
2. Tap the 'Manage Cards' tile.
3. Tap the 'Put Cards On Stop' tile.
4. Find the card you wish to cancel and tap the red Stop Card button in the column titled Stop Card.
5. Enter the reason for which you wish to put the card on stop and tap the 'Ok' button.
6. Your request will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
Can’t access the 'Manage Cards' tile? Ask your account administrator to update your user permissions.
Stopping a card on a browser
1. Visit the login page on your browser
2. Click the 'Fuel & EV Charge Cards' tile.
3. Click the 'Manage Cards' tile.
4. Click the 'Put Cards On Stop' tile.
5. Read the popup message carefully and then click the blue 'Continue' button if you are happy to proceed.
6. Find the card you wish to cancel and select it using the tick box in the column titled 'Select Cards'.
7. Click the field labelled 'Please enter the reason for the request' and select the reason for which you wish to put the card on stop.
8. Click the green tick button to submit your order. Your request will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
