Follow the steps below to learn how to update and manage your account details through the platform on both mobile and desktop devices.
Updating your details on mobile
1. Open the Radius Velocity app on your mobile device and log in.
2. Tap the circular icon in the top right corner
3. Tap the 'Account Details' tile.
4. Update your details as needed then click the blue 'Submit' button.
Updating your details on a browser
1. Visit the login page on your browser.
2. Hover over the 'Personal Settings' icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click 'Change Your Details'.
3. Enter your updated details into the relevant fields.
4. Click the green tick button to submit your changes.
