How to view your fuel card's PIN numbers
Follow the steps below to learn how to securely view your fuel card PIN numbers through the platform on both mobile and desktop devices.
Using the mobile app
1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in.
2. Tap the 'Fuel & EV Charge Card' tile.
3. Tap the 'View PINs' tile.
4. A list of all fuel cards in your account will appear. Find the card you need and tap the blue 'View PIN' button.
5. The PIN will appear on screen for approximately 20 seconds.
6. To retrieve the PINs of other cards, repeat this process.
Can’t access the 'View PINs' tile? Ask your account administrator to update your user permissions.
Using the browser
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the 'Fuel & EV Charge Cards' tile.
3. Click the 'View PINs' tile.
4. A list of all fuel cards will appear in a table. Find the card you need and click the blue 'View PIN' button on the right.
5. The PIN will display on screen for around 20 seconds.
6. To view PINs for other cards, simply repeat the process.
Can’t access the 'View PINs' tile? Ask your account administrator to update your user permissions.
