How to pay for and arrange truck washing
Paying on arrival
1. Find a participating truck wash
Use the Radius e-route map to locate a suitable service location.
2. Present your Radius card
The driver presents their Radius card at the participating location.
3. Vehicle cleaning takes place
The vehicle is cleaned using the services requested at the location.
4. Receive your regular invoice
The truck washing transaction is included on your next Radius invoice.
Book in advance
1. Create a free TRAVIS account
Register for a TRAVIS account to arrange available services in advance.
2. Add your Radius card
Select your Radius card as the preferred payment method.
3. Choose the required service
Find a participating location, specify the vehicle’s cleaning requirements and arrange the service.
4. Provide the TRAVIS code
The driver shows the code provided during booking when they arrive at the service location.
5. Receive your regular invoice
Transactions are added to your next Radius invoice.
Truck washing across Europe
If your drivers travel internationally, they can access many participating truck washing locations across Europe. Drivers and transport planners can use the Radius e-route map to find suitable locations and incorporate washing into existing routes.
Paying with a Radius card also reduces the need for drivers to carry cash, use personal payment cards or submit individual receipts when arranging fleet cleaning abroad.
Cleaning trucks and trailers to HACCP standards
Fleets transporting foodstuffs may need to clean vehicles and trailers according to their HACCP plan. At participating locations, you can arrange the required cleaning and request a digital certificate recording details such as the vehicle, location, cleaning programme and procedure completed.
The certificate is stored in your TRAVIS account, helping you maintain a clear cleaning history and retrieve supporting documentation when required for an audit.
Manage your account with Radius Velocity
Radius Velocity gives fleet managers a central place to manage their Radius account. View card transactions, access invoices and run reports to understand how and where your cards are being used.
